How long after I order my items will they be shipped?
REGULAR ORDERS: Due to the handmade custom nature of our products, your order will ship up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.
Shipping
Sometimes we ship order from US and UK,so you will receive it within 3-7 days after it has been created and has left my possession. Sometimes we ship CNE from China,international orders can take anywhere from 4-21 days. Please keep in mind that sometimes I do create labels in advance before a product is ready to be shipped. You should allow up to two weeks for delivery and you can track your order on 17TRACK website.
What is the difference between Hanakimi products and others ?
Hanakimi designed in London, is famous for flower girls' dresses,each dress is individually tailored by our skilled artisan,and handmade with the use of light machinery that is not automated.Each layer of the skirt is 360°cutting,showing a natural stereo without bustle can be,your little princess will be like a butterfly dancing in our dresses.
Cotton,gauze and satin make up our dress,cotton lining is soft and comfortable,like a second layer of baby's skin;the gauze we used felt exquisite and soft,not easy to deformation;we select high-quality satin,higher prices,smooth and rich luster.
We also choose YKK zipper,safe and durable,the price is 10 times of the ordinary zipper,zipper head had be done anti meat pinched processing.Everyone of our accessories are handmade,with a safety pin.The brand of yarn we choose is famous in the world,uniform,shiny,and not easy off-line.
All of our materials are in line with the relevant safety standards,each piece from Hanakimi and our family of brands is handmade and treated for highly quality, comfort and easy care.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes we currently ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for paying customs taxes.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking # once you order is being prepped for shipment- as long as you entered the correct email at check out.
Can I rush my order?
Yes! Please email us with the info on the item you would like to purchase as well as the date you are requesting it arrives. All rush production upgrades must be pre-approved.

How do I make a change after I order?
We DO NOT accept changes once your order has been placed. We do not make size or order changes after you order. Your order will be cancelled if you request a size, order change. Your order will also be cancelled if you add a date that you need the order by. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.
I have not received my package, what do I do?
We are not responsible for LOST or DELAYED packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please contact us before placing your order and we will add it onto your shipping cost. You must also contact the Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim, if you have not received your package, so they can investigate.
What size should I order for my child?
Do you take custom orders/changes?
YES please do not leave notes at checkout for color changes on tulle, ties, etc. Your order will be cancelled. Please email hi@hanakimikids.com to discuss your custom order.It's our pleasure to make a unique dress for your little princess if you want to custom a size.

How should I wash my items?
All Items purchased should be spot cleaned/ hand washed and laid out to dry.
What's your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?
Returns - We DO NOT offer returns. However, we will gladly offer a store credit for full priced items. If you used a discount on your order you may not return or exchange it.
PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code, custom orders, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns for store credit must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unopened, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging. If the item does not meet this criteria it will be sent back. It must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges - We DO NOT offer exchanges. You may return it to us and we will offer you store credit.
Price Adjustment: We do not adjust prices.
Additional information?
Please note pattern placement and colors may vary depending on your monitors brightness, contrast, etc. Our garments frequently sell out and if a fabric is sold out it will not be released again.
