How long after I order my items will they be shipped?

REGULAR ORDERS: Due to the handmade custom nature of our products, your order will ship up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase.  If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.  We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience.  We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.

 

SHIPPING: We cannot change your shipping address on your order. If you have submitted an order with an incorrect address, we will need to cancel your order so you can correct the address on your account and reorder your items. 

RETURN POLICY: Due to the handmade custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.  Please contact us with 48 hours of receiving product.  We can only provide store credit if it is in an unworn and unused condition.

All of our garment designs including, but not limited to, listing text description, photographs, etc is intellectual property of Hanakimi and may NOT be duplicated.  It is illegal to copy our listings and use our photos.
