Standard size items can be claimed for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original heirloom presentation packaging with all protective tags attached.

Custom Lettering & Bespoke Commissions

Items featuring custom monogramming, bespoke lettering/embroidery, or made-to-measure tailoring are created exclusively for your child and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues.

The Workshop Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every garment undergoes strict multi-point artisan inspection before leaving our atelier. In the unlikely event that an item arrives with any manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, or transit damage, the workshop will fully cover the resolution through complimentary priority rework, replacement, or a full refund.
