Brand Heritage

Founded in London, United Kingdom, in 2008, HANAKIMI began its journey with christening gowns and first communion dresses as its core offerings. 2015 – The brand established a handcrafting atelier in Shanghai, officially entering the Chinese market and building an integrated production model defined by "European Design + Asian Craftsmanship."

2017 – HANAKIMI was invited to make its debut appearance at China Fashion Week and Shanghai Fashion Week. Since then, the brand has continued to participate in these two major fashion weeks as well as Beijing Fashion Week and other premier domestic fashion showcases.

That same year, HANAKIMI embarked on a cross-disciplinary artistic collaboration with Canadian visual artist Nikki Harrison.

2017 – During the Double Eleven shopping festival, HANAKIMI ranked 7th in the infant and children’s category sales chart on Xiuzhuwang, a premier luxury e-commerce platform. The top six positions were occupied by internationally renowned luxury houses including Gucci, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Bonpoint, Fendi, and Dolce & Gabbana. HANAKIMI stood as the only independent designer high-end childrenswear brand on the list.

2018 – HANAKIMI presented its thematic collection at Shanghai Fashion Week, further solidifying the brand’s presence and influence within China’s premium childrenswear market.

2019 – HANAKIMI made a joint appearance with French brand IKKS at the Feihe Dairy "Fairytale Town" special show during China Fashion Week, presenting a co-branded collection under the theme "Joy in Every Step," as part of Feihe Dairy's international cross-industry fashion initiative. The same year, HANAKIMI was also named the official partner dress brand for the China Children's Elegance Model Competition.

That same year, HANAKIMI made appearances at both Shanghai Fashion Week and Beijing Fashion Week, unveiling its signature themed collection titled "Touch the Sky."

2021 – HANAKIMI appeared at the World Expo Children's International Elite Model Gala, interpreting its brand design philosophy through an exclusive theme and showcasing the dreamlike texture of handcrafted custom dresses.

2023 – HANAKIMI served as the exclusive dress partner for the inaugural Global Elegance Star Children's Model Competition held at Beijing World Financial Centre. That same year, the brand presented its poetic new collection "Future & Friendship"at Shanghai Fashion Week, China Fashion Week, and Beijing Fashion Week.
